North Hwanghae Province further strengthens the foundation of experiments and practical training in the field of education.
It powerfully pushes ahead with the work of laying the foundation of experiments and practical training according to subjects as an optional course system will be implemented in senior middle schools of the province from next year.

The officials of the city newly arranged laboratories and practice rooms in schools including Tongsong Higher Technical Middle School and fully equipped them with all necessary facilities.
Relevant departments of the provincial peoples’ committee made detailed arrangements and ensured necessary conditions, and thus successfully concluded the work of displaying visual aids in laboratories and practice rooms of optional subjects as required by the standard guide.
In particular, the province, with an emphasis on giving a correct understanding of putting the experiments and practical training on a modern and IT basis, let the cities and counties organize exhibition of instruments and apparatuses for experiments and practical training.
It also makes the officials in the education sector of the cities and counties adopt an innovative working manner and lay excellent foundation for experiments and practical training by reviewing their work in a substantial way through video-conferences.
As a result the cities and counties make a substantial progress in the work of fully equipping laboratories and practice rooms to be newly built with modern experimental apparatuses and facilities.
