The Iranian Foreign Ministry issued a statement on November 24 to denounce Israel's air raid on Lebanon.
The statement condemned Israel for killing a high-ranking commander of Hezbollah, an organization of the Lebanese patriotic forces, by making an indiscriminate air raid on a residential area of Beirut, the capital of Lebanon, and branded it as a violation of the ceasefire agreement and a wanton violation of the sovereignty of the country.
It called on the international community to take the chieftains of the Zionist regime to task for their terrorist acts and war crimes.
