Dmitri Peskov, the Russian president’s press secretary, accused Europe of fomenting the Ukrainian dispute at a press conference on November 10.
Russia is trying to end the dispute as soon as possible and still keeps the door open to political and diplomatic coordination of the dispute, he stressed.
He revealed that the talks on the settlement of the dispute fail to make progress not because of Russia, but because the other parties to the talks do not want dialogue.
It is based on a total misjudgment to say Ukraine could win on the battlefield, he declared.
