Provincial building materials exhibition opens

The provincial building materials exhibition-2025 opened with due ceremony at the Sci-Tech Complex in Pyongyang on December 9. Presented to the exhibition are more than 27 000 exhibits of over 200 kinds including building materials, models of production lines and utensils and tools produced with locally available raw materials and resources. The exhibition will assess the level of quality and quantity of building materials production in every province by synthesizing the state of building materials production bases and the variety and quality of goods being produced in the provinces. Present at the opening ceremony were officials concerned and officials, technicians and experts from the units producing building materials in provinces, cities and counties. The Pyongyang Times, launched on May 6, 1965, is the DPRK's only English newspaper. It gives latest, detailed information about what is going on in the country in politics, the economy, culture and other sectors. And the paper also provides a vast knowledge of the nooks and crannies of Pyongyang.
