Choe Son Hui, minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, will visit the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus at the invitation of the foreign ministries of Russia and Belarus. The Pyongyang Times, launched on May 6, 1965, is the DPRK's only English newspaper.
