The delegation of the DPRK Ministry of Public Security led by Minister Pang Tu Sop returned home on September 5 after visiting Russia. It was greeted at Pyongyang International Airport by Kim Song Nam, vice-minister of Public Security, and Vladimir Topeha, charge d'affaires ad interim of the Russian embassy in Pyongyang. The Pyongyang Times, launched on May 6, 1965, is the DPRK's only English newspaper. It gives latest, detailed information about what is going on in the country in politics, the economy, culture and other sectors. And the paper also provides a vast knowledge of the nooks and crannies of Pyongyang.
