Farmers in Tongsin move into new houses

Modern houses have been newly built at the Kumgap Farm in Tongsin County, Jagang Province. The new cosy houses which have been built in distinctive way as splendidly as those of urban areas are a precious fruition of the indefatigable devotion and efforts of the respectedComrade Kim Jong Un to provide the agricultural workers with affluent and cultured life. Present at the ceremony for moving into new houses held on the spot were officials of the province and the county, builders and agricultural workers who would move into the new houses. Sin Chang Gil, chairman of the Jagang Provincial People's Committee, made a congratulatory speech. The speakers, who received the licences for using the houses, expressed thanks to the respectedComrade Kim Jong Un who is bringing the century-old desire and ideals of agricultural workers into brilliant reality. A congratulatory performance and dance party were given to add to festive mood in the villages. Officials visited the families of the agricultural workers who moved into the new houses to share joy with them. The Pyongyang Times, launched on May 6, 1965, is the DPRK's only English newspaper. It gives latest, detailed information about what is going on in the country in politics, the economy, culture and other sectors. And the paper also provides a vast knowledge of the nooks and crannies of Pyongyang.
